HELP!The bh cosmetics 120 palette are they all shimmer or matte?
It is Made in China! I wouldn't trust it at all!!!!!!!! It is the same s*** as Coastal Scents. So if it's cheaper go for it if not but Coastal Scents. Better yet you can get them VERY cheap from Ebay.The bh cosmetics 120 palette are they all shimmer or matte?
