take a long, warm , steamy shower,,,,, not so hot to burn yourself, but not lukewarm either,,,

rubbing alcohol, on a cotton ball..it will work as an astringent but don't use is everyday it will dry your skin too much.
raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.


heat 1 qt water, add 3 tablespoons vinegar. drape towel over pan and head, steam your face. pat vinegar with a cotton ball to remove dirt. repeat 2 times, gently squeeze blackheads. then pat of spray a chilled mixture of vinegar and water to close pores and tone skin. do steam cleansing twice weekly as needed.


i use as a toner night and morning too.


also, drink 1-2 tablespoons vinegar in glass of water in am and pm..


you can get it at the health food store or in some markets..

just wash your face, and use an oil-moisturizer. wash in the morning, and before you go to bed, if white heads arent too many, use a light exfoliant a couple of times a week.
